Full service Fruitcake weddings generally start around 3K+ - this includes things like your personals (bouquets, wedding party, any wearables like boutonnieres, etc.), select ceremony/reception pieces (like the arch), and delivery and set-up. Delivery and set-up fees are dependent on your venue's location.

Weddings closer to $1,500 or under would include micro weddings or personals drop-off's without any larger scale installation or set-up work.

We are not able to offer specific estimates without a consultation (and receipt of $50 consultation fee) as all Fruitcake Weddings are bespoke and personalized to you and your partner's vision. No two bouquets or arch pieces are the same and will vary in price and design.

Consultations are generally 30 minutes and couples can expect a proposal with breakdown of costs and vision board sent within a business week of your consultation appointment. This is followed by a contract.

A 50% deposit is due at contract signing to secure your date.

At this time we accommodate deliveries / pick-ups in Philadelphia + its surrounding counties ( + occasionally NJ ).

Please make sure the recipient will be able to accept the flowers when you place your order. We are not responsible if the recipient is not available during delivery.

Orders will be left in as secure a location at the recipient’s address or with a neighbor. We do our best to make sure the flowers get where they need to go safely.

Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to be processed. At the current time, next day delivery is not available.

Please include any flower / color requests in the ‘ special requests ‘ section of the order form. Please note: our flower selection is subject to availability, We source from local flower farms whenever possible.

We do our best to accommodate any requests but this may not always be feasible.
